With strong business relationships with over 100 MNCs, we are dedicated to delivering high-performance supply chain solutions tailored to client requirements.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freight Forwarding Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Freight Forwarding Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business for air and ocean freight, customs clearance, and end-to-end logistics solutions, while building and maintaining strong relationships with MNC clients. Key responsibilities include understanding customer shipping needs, preparing competitive quotes and RFQs with internal pricing/operations teams, negotiating contracts, and achieving volume and revenue targets. The role also involves market and lane research, regular client visits, and ensuring smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.Qualifications Provenfreight forwarding sales / business developmentskills including lead generation, new client acquisition, and contract negotiation. Strong understanding ofAir & Ocean freight, Incoterms, customs clearance, and end-to-end logistics solutions. Ability to handleRFQs , prepare competitive quotes with pricing/operations teams, and close profitable business. Excellentclient relationship management , communication, and stakeholder engagement with MNC/enterprise customers. Goodmarket and trade-lane knowledge , with analytical skills to identify trends and growth opportunities. Target-driven mindset with a track record of achievingvolume, revenue, and margin goals Proficiency in preparing business proposals and delivering presentations Relevant experience of min 5+ years in business development roles Any Bachelor’s degree.
