Job Description :Responsibilities :- Develop and implement responsive web designs using Tailwind CSS, React, and Svelte.- Collaborate with designers and marketers to create and optimize marketing web pages.- Ensure that web pages are optimized for speed, performance, and user experience.- Conduct page-wise optimization, including analyzing and improving loading times, mobile responsiveness, and overall site performance.- Utilize analytics tools to monitor and enhance website performance.- Implement best practices for web design and development, ensuring compatibility across different browsers and devices.- Write reusable and maintainable React components.- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and incorporating suggestions.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website design and functionality.- Stay updated with the latest web design trends and technologies, particularly in responsive design and CSS frameworks.Requirements :- Experience : 3+ years.- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Extensive experience with Tailwind CSS and responsive web design.- Strong experience with React and building dynamic, component-based user interfaces.- Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Segment, Clarity).- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).- Ability to translate design mockups into high-quality code.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Good-to-Have Skills :- Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries beyond React, like Next.js .- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.- Familiarity with SEO best practices.- Understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.- Basic understanding of server-side languages or frameworks.
