No probation period, enjoy all company benefits from the day you join us.Job Description:Mandatory Skills:Solid technical expertise in Java and Oracle, with extensive experience working in the banking domain, enabling effective delivery of banking solutions and projects Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, understand client requirements, communicate effectively, and ensure successful project delivery while managing expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and implementation of Java and Oracle solutions within the banking domain. Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Act as the technical point of contact for clients, managing requirements, expectations, and successful project delivery Oversee end-to-end project execution, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals and recommend improvements for scalability and performance.
