As a rapidly growing organization blending innovation and wellness, we seek a Creative Head to spearhead our advertising and content strategy, ensuring impactful communication that resonates globally.

Role Overview:

The Creative Head will lead the ideation, strategy, and execution of creative campaigns for Healthylifeinnovation, with a special focus on building brand credibility and showcasing our pioneering medical advancements. The ideal candidate will leverage storytelling, research-backed evidence, and innovative visuals to engage audiences, drive brand awareness, and support the growth of our therapies and clinical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership:

- Define and execute the creative vision for Healthylifeinnovation's global campaigns.

- Develop compelling ad creatives highlighting breakthrough treatments like cartilage regrowth, clinical trial progress, and patient success stories.

- Translate complex medical advancements into engaging narratives for diverse audiences.

Campaign Management:

- Drive the creation of high-performance ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to optimize creatives for cost efficiency and audience engagement.

- Ensure all campaigns align with the brand's mission to make advanced treatments accessible globally.

Team Building & Mentorship:

- Lead and mentor a team of designers, content creators, and videographers to consistently deliver high-quality outputs.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and innovation within the creative department.

Content Innovation:

- Repurpose scientific studies, patient testimonials, and PR articles into engaging ad creatives and branded content.

- Introduce new creative formats like interactive visuals, explainer videos, and animated graphics to communicate complex medical concepts effectively.

Brand Storytelling:

- Craft compelling stories around the company's achievements, such as advancements in diabetes treatments or the potential to reduce dependency on invasive surgeries.

- Build trust and credibility by showcasing patient outcomes, research milestones, and the global impact of Healthylifeinnovation's initiatives.

Compliance & Sensitivity:

- Ensure all creatives comply with advertising laws, including ASCI guidelines, and maintain ethical and culturally sensitive communication.
