Senior Research Associate – Cell Line EngineeringWe are seeking afull-time bench scientistto join our team as aSenior Research Associate . This role involves hands-on execution of wet lab experiments in the domains ofcell and protein sciences , under the guidance of senior scientific managers.Qualifications: MSc/MTech in applied biological sciences such asBiotechnology ,Microbiology ,Cell Biology ,Biochemistry , or related fields.Experience: 3–5 years of relevant industry experience post MSc/MTech. Hands on experience in Cell Line Engineering,CHO ,HEK293 is a MUST.Technical Expertise Required: Proficient in handling mammalian cell lines includingCHO ,HEK293 , and variouscancer cell lines . Skilled instable cell line generationusing techniques liketransfection ,electroporation , andlentiviral transduction . Experience insingle-cell cloning ,SDS-PAGE ,Western blotting ,ELISA, luminescence assay. Knowledge oflentivirusandAAV production , includingtiter estimation . Competent inflow cytometryfor cell line analysis; experience withFACS sortingis a plus. Familiarity withQC analysisof cell lines using diverse methodologies.Key Responsibilities: Execute experiments as per instructions from the manager. Ensuredata integrityand compliance with internal policies. Maintain accurate and detailedlab notebooks . Organize and storeraw datasystematically. Operate and maintain lab equipment in accordance withSOPsand housekeeping standards. Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive team environment. Continuously enhance technical knowledge through formal and informal learning.
