Workplace Specialist Location:Chennai Experience:4–12 years Department:Administration / Facilities Management Working days- 4 Days WFO | 1 Day WFH | 2 Days week off. Pickup and drop service available along with food facility. Working hours- EMEA hours (2pm-11pm) About the Role We are seeking a proactive and enthusiasticWorkplace Specialistto provide comprehensive operational support for our Chennai office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple administrative, facility, and vendor-related tasks while ensuring a smooth and engaging workplace experience. Key Responsibilities Overseeday-to-day office operationsand ensure seamless functioning of all workplace activities. Act as thefirst point of contactfor employees, vendors, and guests, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Managevendor coordinationfor facilities, housekeeping, transportation, andcafeteria/snack services . Handletravel management , courier logistics, supply ordering, and overall office upkeep. Coordinate with IT and HR for workstation setup, onboarding, and administrative support. Plan and executeinternal events , employee engagement activities, and SWAG distribution. Ensure adherence tofacility safety , maintenance, and compliance standards. Support global workplace projects and driveprocess improvementsfor operational efficiency. Requirements Proven experience inoffice administration, facilities, or workplace managementwithin a corporate or tech environment. Strong skills invendor management , multitasking, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency withGoogle Workspace, MS Office, Slack, Concur, and JIRA(preferred). A self-driven individual with apositive, can-do attitudeand ability to work across global teams.
