Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Fashion Communication fresher who’s passionate about fashion, branding, and digital storytelling. The role involves hands-on work across content creation, social media marketing, photoshoots, and digital brand-building.Key Responsibilities- Content Creation & Visuals - Assist in styling, planning, and coordinating photoshoots (products & campaigns). Work on editing, retouching, and curating images for online and social media use. Support creation of brand collaterals (lookbooks, catalogues, campaign creatives). - Digital & Social Media - Manage daily updates across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Create engaging posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand aesthetics. Track analytics and engagement to optimize performance. - Marketing & Branding Support - Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional content. Work on influencer collaborations and partnerships. Help maintain brand consistency across channels. - Operational Tasks - Work with Excel/Sheets for product cataloguing, data, and reporting. Coordinate with teams/vendors for timely execution of marketing activities.Key Skills & Attributes- Strong eye for aesthetics, fashion trends, and visual storytelling. - Familiarity with social media platforms (especially Instagram). - Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools and AI apps (Photoshop, Canva, etc.). - Comfortable with MS Excel / Google Sheets for basic data management. - Creativity, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer- Opportunity to work directly with the founding team of a growing fashion label. - Exposure across branding, marketing, and fashion communication. - Hands-on learning in a creative and entrepreneurial environment. - A chance to shape the digital identity of a young fashion brand.
