Role and Responsibilities


  1. Requirement Analysis and Solution Design:
  2. Deeply understand the client’s business needs and technical challenges, and recommend the most suitable Datadog products and solutions accordingly.
  3. Assist clients in selecting and deploying appropriate monitoring solutions, such as APM (Application Performance Monitoring), Log Management, and others.
  4. Solution Presentation and Technical Consulting:
  5. Present and explain Datadog’s core functionalities and value to clients, offering professional advice based on their specific requirements.
  6. Provide best practice recommendations to help clients achieve observability and operational efficiency goals.
  7. Translating Client Needs into Technical Requirements:
  8. Convert client requirements into technical specifications and collaborate closely with internal technical engineers to ensure feasible and effective execution.
  9. Technical Architecture Analysis and Integration:
  10. Understand the client’s overall technical architecture, including cloud platforms, infrastructure, applications, and databases, and seamlessly integrate Datadog into their tech stack to achieve full monitoring and analysis capabilities.
  11. Reporting and Client Updates:
  12. Regularly report project progress, technical outcomes, and monitoring data analysis to the client, ensuring they are updated on the latest status.
  13. Write detailed reports and offer optimization suggestions and solutions based on monitoring data.


Qualifications:


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  2. At least 3-5 years of experience in technical consulting, monitoring solutions or DevOps, with experience in Datadog or similar tools being a strong plus.


Skills:


  1. Technical Background: Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps processes, with hands-on experience in technical architecture and monitoring tools.
  2. Monitoring or DevOps tools Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Monitoring tools or DevOps feature modules.
  3. Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to quickly analyze and resolve clients' technical issues, providing practical solutions.
  4. Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively listening to client needs and clearly conveying technical solutions; adept at collaborating with technical teams to drive project success.
  5. Reporting and Analytical Skills: Proficiency in writing technical reports, analyzing monitoring data, and clearly explaining results, with the ability to confidently present project outcomes to clients.
  6. Adaptability: Ability to adjust strategies and solutions based on client feedback, ensuring outcomes meet client expectations.
