Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a highly skilled customer service representative to join our team and handle inbound and outbound phone calls, using a helpful approach.
The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can think on their feet and resolve any issues with a customer-first business mentality.
Objectives of this role
- Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, with knowledge and efficiency.
- Identify and address customer needs, with a goal of total satisfaction.
- Provide expert answers to questions.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for communications with minimal supervision.
Required skills and qualifications
- Graduates/Under-Grads Freshers.
- Package up to- 3.5lpa
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communications skills to connect with Internal & External Customers.
- Should be good in managing / handling customer queries & providing faster resolution.
- Confident in making follow-up calls to close the tickets.
- Able to handle both inbound & outbound calls.
- Open for the rotational shift in 24X7 environment.
- 5 days working and 2 rotational off.
- Both side cab.
- Immediate Joiners.
Interested candidates can come directly for walk-in on 30th Nov'24.
Timings- 12pm-4pm.
