Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
  • Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
  • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
  • Portfolio of work

Digital Marketing

Roles and Responsibilities- Content & Design

  • Develop and maintain an appropriate suite of collateral and communications materials, including the drafting, localisation, translation, production, and distribution of content & visuals/creative/Presentation theme based on requirements
  • Creating, brand Standards, company profile and other Marketing collaterals
  • Creating graphics and layouts, illustrations, logos, and websites
  • Creating Factsheets on Monthly basis
  • Recording & Editing video for Abakkus YouTube Channel
  • Designing AIF & PMS Forms
  • Design Agreement and co-ordinate with Compliance & Client Servicing
  • Coordinating with Design agency for Abakkus Website Updation
  • Designed Aryabhata’s Logo, PPT theme, Website
  • Creating Mailers for HR related engagement activities like Birthday Mailers, Work Anniversary Certificates, Monday Motivational quotes etc.
  • Designing a joining Kit – like Abakkus T-shirt, diary, Id card, visiting cards etc.
  • Interactive Survey, quiz games online for engaging employees Pan India.
  • Announcement Mailer on employee joining or any company announcement of product or fund launch.

Digital

  • Ensure that the brand standards for the design and marketing collaterals for activities / events /
  • conferences are as per Abakkus.
  • Managing Abakkus Social Media handles like Instagram, , Facebook, Twitter and new age digital platforms end to end.
  • Curating Topical Posts for Abakkus Social Media handles as and when requested
  • (i.e., Festivals, Public holidays, Monday Motivation, Announcement, Cyber Security, POSS)
  • Posting frequently on social media platform and boost the activities.
  • Social media: Managing all the Abakkus assets, including content, promotion of events, organic posts, paid promotions, responses and overall online reputation management.
  • Managing Google Business Page
  • Internal Communications: This includes sourcing / writing / editing relevant content such as presentations, brochures, speeches, social media posts, e-mails, etc., and working with the team to ensure key messages are delivered to regional / global teams.
  • Website: Manage the content on Abakkus website, ensuring relevant and regular updates.



Miscellaneous Activity

  • Managing the external vendors & agency partners for branding related activities.
  • Extend support to another department as and when required
  • Branding related activities like signage of company name, employer branding

Requirements:


Graduate / Master’s degree or Mass Media/MBA in Finance/Marketing/Business

0-6 months of work experience in the Digital Marketing.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Design Thinking, Branding strategies, Adobe XD, Advance Animation and Cinematic.

Computer hardware and networking

Mobile Application Design, Corel Draw X7

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro.

Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power point, Canva


Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Technically Savy to resolve queries.

Excellent people management skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work collaboratively.
