HR Operations:- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration- Organize and facilitate Rewards & Recognition (RNR) sessions to promote employee engagement- Assist in payroll processing including data validation and coordination with finance- Maintain and monitor attendance records and leave management systems- Support HR compliance and documentation processes- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR operational efficiency (Candidate preferred from Pune location only)- Female candidate preferred.- Contribute to HR audits and ensure adherence to statutory requirements- Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate periodic reports for leadership- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication effortPayroll Management: Candidate should be Proficient in utilizing payroll software such as Office Automation and Keka for seamless processing of employee salaries, deductions, and tax compliance.
