Job Title : Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Location : Pune, India

Experience Required : 5-7 years

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform, including Power Apps, and will be proficient in developing and customizing solutions using a range of technologies.


This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other developers and QA engineers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Dynamics 365 CRM Development : Design and develop Model-Driven Applications using out-of-the-box functionalities such as creating forms, fields, views, and business rules/logic.

- Custom Code Development : Write pro-code customizations using JavaScript and HTML within the Power Platform environment, including extending applications via web resources and utilizing the Dataverse Web API and FetchXML.

- Advanced Customizations : Develop pro-code customizations in C#/.NET, including Plugins and Custom Workflows.

- Power Platform Technologies : Leverage associated Power Platform technologies to enhance application functionality.

- Source Control Management : Utilize source control tools (e.g., Git) for branching, conflict resolution, and version control.

- DevOps Practices : Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Visual Studio/VS Code, Ribbon Workbench, and XRMToolBox for development and deployment processes.

- Agile Methodology : Apply Agile principles in project execution and development cycles.

- Collaboration : Work collaboratively with other developers and QA engineers to ensure the application meets acceptance criteria and quality standards.

- Communication : Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills for effective team interactions and documentation.

Essential Skills :

- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM and its customization.

- Experience in developing Model-Driven Applications, including forms, fields, views, and business rules.

- Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML for Power Platform customizations.

- Strong skills in pro-code customizations using C#/.NET, including Plugins and Custom Workflows.

- Understanding of Power Platform technologies to enhance application functionality.

- Experience with source control tools such as Git.

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Visual Studio/VS Code, Ribbon Workbench, and XRMToolBox.

- Understanding of Agile methodology and ability to apply it effectively.

- Excellent attention to detail, debugging, and communication skills.

Desirable Skills :

- Experience with Canvas Apps and their integration.

- Experience with Power Pages/Portals and their integration with Dataverse.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Flows and custom connectors.

- Experience integrating Power Platform applications with other systems and third-party solutions using APIs and connectors.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform are a plus.
