Sales and Business Development Manager

The Sales and Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the market presence
of the companys polyurethane (PU) foam business segment. This role involves identifying new business opportunities
building and maintaining strong customer relationships and developing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
3. Client Relationship Management:
o Establish and nurture strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
o Provide exceptional client service and address inquiries concerns and feedback promptly.
o Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure the client requirements are met.
4. Sales Execution:
o Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
o Negotiate and close sales deals ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
o Monitor and track sales performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective
actions.
5. Product Knowledge and Promotion:
o Maintain indepth knowledge of the companys PU foam products and their applications.
o Promote the benefits and features of PU foam products to potential clients.
o Participate in industry trade shows conferences and events to showcase products and network with
industry professionals.
6. Collaboration and Coordination:
o Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
o Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to align product development with market needs.
o Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
7. Reporting and Analysis:
o Prepare regular sales and business development reports for senior management.
o Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decisionmaking.
o Monitor competitors activities and industry developments to stay informed of market conditions.
