Position Overview:The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with assigned clients ensuring consistent timely and efficient delivery of services. The role focuses on the creation management and of strategies to meet client needs while aligning with the company s overall vision. The Account Manager will serve as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure all deliverables are on track and client expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and communicate roadblocks and bottlenecks to relevant teams.
  • Articulate clear timelines for deliverables to both internal teams and clients.
  • Deliver effective and efficient client presentations that convey the brands strategy and marketing vision.
  • Accurately articulate the client s brand strategy and vision ensuring all communications align with their goals.
  • Ensure monthly calendars are prepared and ready by the 20th of each month.
  • Conduct 1 market visit per month to gain insights into client needs and market trends.
  • Maintain an 80% conversation rate in client communication.
  • Develop and present at least 3 ideas per client per month to improve business outcomes.
  • Facilitate monthly client interactions to strengthen relationships and align strategies.
  • Oversee creative quality control ensuring that all creative assets are aligned with the client s strategy.
  • Demonstrate a drive to excel by taking initiative in improving deliverables or assuming additional responsibilities.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Account Planners (APs) to foster their professional development and success.
  • Align internal teams to ensure consistent understanding and of client strategies.
  • Take ownership of tasks with accountability proactively identifying and solving issues that may arise in achieving client goals.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in account management or related roles preferably in a marketing advertising.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations and articulate strategies effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
  • Knowledge and experience in creative quality control and aligning strategies with client goals.
  • A proactive solutionoriented mindset with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities and lead teams effectively.


Desired Skills:
  • Experience with creating and managing pitch decks and communication briefs.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn learning or other professional development platforms.
  • Leadership qualities with experience mentoring junior team members.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.
