Job Purpose:We are looking for a seasoned candidate of New Customer acquisition to take complete ownership of our digital customer acquisition framework. The ideal candidate is a commercially astute, data-obsessed leader who will architect and operate the engine that powers DMI's growth in the competitive digital lending space. You will hold the P&L for all digital channels and own our ambitious growth targetsPrincipal Accountabilities:- Architect & Execute new customer acquisition strategy: Develop and implement robust, full-funnel paid marketing strategies aligned with our ambitious goals for loan disbursal, customer acquisition, and profitability. - Champion a Data-Driven Culture: Ideate and lead cross-functional efforts to reduce CAC and increase user retention by testing creatives, landing pages, and user journeys. - Set up, track, and optimize campaigns using GA4, Firebase, MMP platforms. - Campaign Ideation and Execution: Build compelling, creative, relatable ideas that people notice and click. Lead and build a team of skilled marketers, fostering a culture of innovation, customer obsession, and relentless optimization. - Innovate & Stay Ahead: Pioneer new acquisition programs and champion a test-and-learn culture to unlock new growth opportunities.QualificationsMinimum Qualification required: GraduateQualifications preferred: MBA in marketingWork Experience- 7-10+ years in marketing, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role focused on performance marketing and customer acquisition. - Prior experience scaling a D2C, FinTech, or digital lending brand is required. - Demonstrated track record of managing and profitably scaling large monthly ad spends (e.g ₹50 Lakhs and above).Skills & Proficiencies- Deep, hands-on expertise in performance marketing platforms, particularly Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. - Strong command of data interpretation, attribution models, and reporting tools like GA4. - Strategic mindset with proven execution speed and the ability to operate independently. - Proven experience in building and mentoring high-performing marketing teams. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to senior leadership.
