We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Field Marketing Co-ordinator, having 4-6 years of relevant experience, who will be responsible for execution of all the product marketing initiatives for all the products in the Eastman product portfolio in the assigned territory as per the planned budget allocations. The incumbent should have a proven track record, detail oriented and good knowledge about executing on-ground effective product marketing strategies and initiatives.


As a Field Marketing Coordinator the incumbent will be looking after entire Karnataka Region.


Job Role & Responsibilities:


  • Mapping of all outlets dealing in products from the Eastman product portfolio in his/her assigned territory.
  • Timely execution of all brand and marketing campaigns and initiatives at the territory level, on brand and on cost.
  • Keeping track of competition activity in the market in terms of trade offers, schemes, consumer promotions, price changes etc.
  • Ensuring execution hygiene for routine audits.
  • Developing and managing vendors for local execution.
  • Organising periodic trade meets as required by regional sales.
  • Maintaining track of marketing inventory and assets at territory level.
  • Preparing execution reports for periodic review.
  • Identifying opportunities for enhancing brand visibility at a local level.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with trade community.


Experience & Skills:


  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience trade marketing or a similar role.
  • Must have good knowledge of product marketing initiatives and bundle offer creations and on-ground execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent Communication skills, Analytical Skills, Trend Analysis, Competitor Analysis


Educational Qualification


  • Bachelor’s degree with MBA in Marketing, or a related field.
