Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery, including technical solution design, code quality guidelines, governance, and technical KPI monitoring. The responsibilities will span from project planning to execution, ensuring that the proposed plan adheres to timelines, budgets, and scope. Additionally, this individual will contribute to pre-sales and solutioning efforts as a Solution Architect.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the complete delivery of projects, coordinating both onsite and offshore teams.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring strong communication and collaboration.
  • Drive account management, focusing on expanding client accounts and achieving customer success.
  • Responsible for building a high-performing team from scratch.
  • Manage projects from initiation to closure, encompassing phases such as analysis, scoping, estimations, and solutions for large-scale web-based applications.
  • Examine all functional as well as non-functional requirements to ensure that product/project engineering meets project constraints.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, considering both technical aspects and product requirements.
  • Willing to work from our Pune office & Client locations.
  • Translate technical complexities into actionable plans for the project team.
  • Coordinate with the Project Leads to align project goals with the overall product, and prioritize features and enhancements.
  • Ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.
  • Leverage experience as both a team lead and individual contributor to review designs and code, refactor code, implement best practices, mentor team members, and provide technical oversight.
  • Oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and traditional Waterfall methods for the development and maintenance of large-scale applications.
  • Ensure adherence to code quality guidelines by establishing standards, conducting code reviews, and implementing quality measures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the project by minimizing technical debt, reducing defects, and enhancing the maintainability and scalability of the software solution.
  • Identify potential risks related to technical implementation or product features and mitigate them.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 12+ Years of experience in technical project management roles, in the software development industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing development teams.
  • Strong understanding of various software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Experience with pre-sales activities and solutions is highly desirable.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., ASM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
