Senior DevOps Engineer

Technical Expertise :Must Have Skills :- Hands-on experience with GCP IAM & resource management, GitLab CI/CD, and ArgoCD.- Strong background in middleware administration (Oracle WebLogic / IBM WebSphere).- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.- Good understanding of networking, Linux administration, and cloud automation best practices.- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.Key Responsibilities :- Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (knowledge of Azure is a plus).- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, ArgoCD, and related tools.- Deploy and support WebLogic and WebSphere middleware environments.- Automate environment provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible.- Manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads (Docker).- Implement observability and monitoring solutions using Datadog, Prometheus, or equivalent tools.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, performance, and security across platforms.- Support incident response and perform root cause analysis in collaboration with the operations team.Professional Attributes :- Strong Technical Skills : Site Reliability Engineer should have strong technical skills in cloud services, networking, security, and virtualization.
