As a Sales Executive at J.H. JEWELLERS , you will be the face of our luxury brand, providing an exceptional customer experience that aligns with our prestigious reputation. You will be responsible for driving sales, building long-term relationships with clients, and offering personalized service to meet the unique needs of our discerning clientele. Your role requires a deep understanding of high-end jewelry, the ability to close sales, and a passion for delivering excellence in every interaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service and Sales:
  • Greet customers with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Provide personalized consultations to clients, guiding them through the selection process with expert knowledge of our jewelry collections.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their individual tastes and preferences, and following up on inquiries and special requests.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective sales techniques and product recommendations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of jewelry trends, products, and industry standards to offer informed advice to clients.
  1. Product Knowledge:
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the store’s product offerings, including gemstones, metals, and jewelry settings.
  • Educate clients on the value and craftsmanship of high-end jewelry, ensuring they feel confident in their purchase decisions.
  • Stay informed about new arrivals, special promotions, and events to effectively communicate these to clients.
  1. Store Operations:
  • Ensure the store's visual standards are maintained, including product displays, cleanliness, and overall store presentation.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of in-store events and promotions, contributing to a luxurious shopping experience.
  • Handle high-value transactions with the utmost professionalism and accuracy, following all security protocols.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Maintain and grow a client book by tracking client preferences, birthdays, anniversaries, and other significant dates.
  • Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage client information and sales records.
  1. Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the store manager and sales team to achieve collective goals and maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members when needed.
  1. Security and Compliance:
  • Adhere to all security guidelines to protect both the merchandise and the integrity of the store.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in jewelry sales.
  • Education: A high school diploma is required
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of jewelry, gemstones, and luxury retail standards.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of professionalism.
