Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven PPC Specialist to manage and optimize our paid search campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid advertising strategies and a proven track record of generating high-quality leads. As a PPC Specialist, you will play a key role in driving traffic, increasing conversions, and maximizing ROI for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Ads, and others.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
  • Create compelling ad copy, select appropriate landing pages, and optimize ad creatives to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, including key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad variations to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC efforts with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure campaigns remain competitive and compliant.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for campaign expansion and improvement, including new ad formats and platforms.
  • Generate regular reports and insights for internal stakeholders and clients, providing actionable recommendations for campaign optimization.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/Certification in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a PPC Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful paid campaigns and lead generation efforts.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Google Ads certification is a plus.
