The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing planning activities for piping and structural disciplines.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailedLevel 3/4 construction & commissioning schedules . Trackdaily, weekly, and monthlysite progress. Measure physical progress usingEVMSorPlanned vs. Actualmethods. Analyse schedule deviations and forecast slippages with mitigation strategies. Coordinate withengineering, construction, procurement & commissioningteams. Interface with subcontractors for schedule updates and work-front planning. Lead and participate indaily/weekly planning & coordination meetings . Maintain baseline schedules and monitor impacts or changes. Track scope changes and supportTIA / EOT claim preparation . Prepare and updateS-curves, histograms, manpower/equipment/material KPIs . Prepare accurate progress and performance reports for management. Create and monitorProject Plans, Daily Progress Reports (DPR), and Daily Manpower Reports (DMR) . Generate and analyseproject-level P&L statements . Ensure integration of schedule with resource and cost plans. Track team/discipline performance against planned schedules.Must-Have SkillsBE/B.Tech inMechanical Engineering 10+ yearsplanning experience in Oil & Gas EPC/PMC projects (site-based preferred) Expertise inPrimavera P6 ,MS Project , andMS Excel Strong understanding of construction workflows, CPM, resource loading & project lifecycles Experience in refineries, terminals, offshore, pipeline, or similar industrial projects Excellent analytical, communication & coordination skillsWhat You DeliverAccurate and up-to-date project schedules Early warnings on delays with actionable mitigation Clear execution priorities through defined critical paths Integrated cost–schedule insights (EV, if required) Strong alignment between multidisciplinary teams & contractors
