Description: Job Description Operations Manager.Company: NNIIT.Location: Hyderabad.Industry: EdTech / E-Learning.Position: Full-Time.About NNIIT:NNIIT is a leading E-Learning platform dedicated to enhancing students academic learning through personalized, technology-driven solutions.We cater to students from 6th to 12th standard, with a specialized focus on JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET preparation.Our USP lies in delivering personalized learning experiences that help students achieve their academic goals effectively.Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure seamless academic delivery, streamline internal processes, and contribute to scaling NNIITs learning ecosystem.The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and experience in the EdTech or education management domain.Key Management:- Manage and streamline daily operations across academic, content, sales, and support teams.- Monitor and optimize workflow efficiency to ensure smooth delivery of classes, tests, and learning modules.- Create and implement SOPs to standardize processes across departments.Academic Coordination:- Coordinate scheduling of live classes, tests, and doubt-clearing sessions for students from 6th12th standards.- Ensure the timely execution of JEE/NEET learning programs with high-quality academic delivery.- Collaborate with subject matter experts, teachers, and content creators.Student Experience & Support:- Oversee student onboarding, engagement, performance tracking, and feedback mechanisms.- Support personalized learning initiatives and ensure students receive timely academic assistance.- Address student escalations and ensure high satisfaction levels.Team & Vendor Management:- Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve performance goals.- Coordinate with external vendors, tech teams, and academic partners when required.Data & Reporting:- Track operational metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports for leadership.- Use data insights to optimize student performance tracking and operational efficiency.Compliance & Quality Assurance:- Ensure adherence to company policies, data security practices, and quality standards.- Implement continuous improvement initiatives across all operational functions.Required Qualifications:- Bachelors degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.- 37 years of experience in operations management, preferably in EdTech or education industry.- Strong organizational and project-management skills.- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people-management skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, LMS platforms, or similar EdTech systems is a plus.Key Competencies:- Leadership & Team Management.- Process Optimization.- Student-Centric Approach.- Data-Driven Decision Making.- Cross-Department Coordination.- Adaptability & Strategic Thinking.Why Join NNIIT?:- Opportunity to work with a fast-growing EdTech platform impacting millions of learners.- Collaborative and innovative work culture.- Chance to contribute to personalized learning journeys for students nationwide.- Competitive salary and growth opportunities.
