Meta Ads will be a core growth engine for us, and we want to build this capability in house, not depend on agencies.If you live inside Ads Manager, like experiments, and care about lead quality, read on.What you will doOwn Meta Ads for ZenoRealty end-to-endPlan monthly and weekly budgets for different projects and audiencesSet up and manage campaigns in Ads Manager for lead generationImplement and maintain Pixel and CAPI, track the events that actually matterBuild and manage remarketing funnels, page visitors, engagers, lookalikesWrite and test multiple ad copies and hooks for investors, NRIs, and end usersWork with designers or Canva to ship new creatives every weekRun structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, placement,s and lead formsOptimize for CPL and lead quality, not just volumeBuild simple dashboards in Sheets or Data Studio and report what is working and what is notCreate internal playbooks so we can repeat what works across projectsYou are a good fit ifYou have 2 to 5 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, mostly in lead genYou have worked on real estate or other high-ticket services like education, health, and financeYou are very comfortable inside Ads Manager, Pixels, Events, and basic trackingYou enjoy looking at numbers, not just making creativesYou think in tests and hypotheses, not random changesYou like working directly with founders, fast feedback, and low bureaucracyNice to haveExperience running campaigns for Indian real estate in NCR or similar marketsComfort with CRM tools for lead routing and basic automationsBasic understanding of landing page CROWhat you getWork directly with founders, high context, and fast decisionsChance to build ZenoRealty’s performance marketing engine from the ground upExposure to HNI and NRI real estate investing, not just generic leadsCompetitive salary plus performance incentives linked to results
