Responsibilities:


  • ○ Coordinate and manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel
  • arrangements (self and family).
  • ○ Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external communications.
  • ○ Handle phone calls, emails, and messages, filtering and escalating as necessary.
  • ○ Draft and proofread letters, and other correspondence.
  • ○ Organize travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and
  • any special requirements.
  • ○ Ensure travel arrangements are efficient and cost-effective, while
  • accommodating the executive’s preferences.
  • ○ Assist with organizing personal and professional events, meetings, conferences,
  • and special occasions.
  • ○ Manage logistics and coordination, including venues, catering, and guest lists.
  • ○ Assist with personal tasks, such as grocery shopping, appointment scheduling, or
  • handling household matters.
  • ○ Coordinate family or personal needs as requested (e.g., booking reservations,
  • running errands).
  • ○ Maintain organized files, records, and documents for easy access.


Qualifications:

  • ● Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • ● Experience: Minimum of 3-6 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.


Soft Skills:

  • ○ Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • ○ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • ○ Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • ○ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
  • ○ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • ○ Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
