Overview

The Product Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our healthcare IT products. This position requires a unique blend of product management and business analysis skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy:
  • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with overall business objectives and market trends.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Define product positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
  • Business Analysis:
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Create detailed functional specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, design, QA) to ensure alignment and understanding of product requirements.
  • Product Roadmapping:
  • Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and functionalities based on business value and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to set product goals and timelines.
  • Product Launch:
  • Plan and execute product launches, including marketing campaigns, training materials, and support resources.
  • Monitor product performance and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders.
  • Product Lifecycle Management:
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing products to meet evolving market needs.
  • Manage product updates, enhancements, and maintenance.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in product management or business analysis, preferably in the healthcare IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its regulatory landscape.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with healthcare IT systems and applications (e.g., EHR, EMR, HIS).
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience with product management software (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
