About the Role:


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialist with a proven track record in outbound sales, especially cold calling, targeting the USA market.


This role is essential for driving Reetech's business growth by identifying potential leads, initiating contact, and qualifying opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:


·        Cold Calling Expertise: Initiate outbound calls to prospective leads in the US market, generating qualified sales opportunities.

·        Email Outreach: Design and execute personalized email campaigns for lead nurturing and conversion.

·         Prospecting: Identify and engage prospects through , nurturing connections and building relationships.

·        Data Mining & Contact Gathering: Efficiently source and gather contact details from various platforms and databases to fuel your outreach.

·        Lead Qualification: Identify decision-makers, qualify leads based on specific criteria, and ensure a seamless handover to the sales team.

·        Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly lead generation and outreach targets.

·        Market Research: Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify new lead generation opportunities.


Qualifications & Skills Required:


Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in cold calling, email marketing, and lead generation (for USA market) 


Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive outreach messages.


Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with lead generation tools, CRM software, and platforms like Apollo, Sales Navigator, and data mining techniques.


Target Driven: Proven ability to achieve and exceed lead generation targets in a fast-paced environment.


Innovative Approach: Creative thinker, able to experiment with different strategies to maximize outreach efficiency and conversion.
