Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and enhancing our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be adept at preparing engaging content, handling online reputation management (ORM), and assisting in developing and executing effective social media strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


Preparing the Monthly Content Calendar:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive monthly content calendar.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate with design and copy teams to ensure timely creation and scheduling of content.

Handling Online Reputation Management (ORM):

  • Monitor social media channels and online platforms for mentions of the brand.
  • Address customer queries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement strategies to improve the brand's online reputation and manage any potential issues.

Preparing Reports:

  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports on performance, engagement, and ROI.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.

Assisting in Strategy for Campaigns:

  • Support in the development and execution of social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Contribute ideas for creative content and innovative approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Client Servicing:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding social media activities.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to clients on social media performance and campaign progress.
  • Address client concerns and ensure their needs and expectations are met.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
