Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused B2C Sales Executive to drive direct sales to individual consumers. The ideal candidate will excel at building customer relationships, understanding customer needs, explaining product benefits, and closing high-quality deals. This is a target-driven role requiring strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Prospecting- Identify and engage potential customers through inbound/outbound calls, online inquiries, walk-ins, and referrals.- Conduct product demos, presentations, and consultations (online or in-person).- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into successful sales.2. Customer Relationship Management- Understand customer requirements and recommend the best-suited products/services.- Address customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.3. Sales & Revenue Growth- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize deals.- Follow structured sales processes and close sales efficiently.Preferred Skills :- Experience in EdTech, Real Estate, Retail, Insurance, Telecom, Hospitality, Banking, or Consumer Services.- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
