The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of research data—from raw dataset cleaning to advanced visual interpretation. You will play a critical role in transforming raw data from preclinical (in vitro/in vivo) and clinical studies into high-quality statistical reports, publication-ready figures, and meaningful scientific conclusions.Key Responsibilities1. Data Management & IntegrityImport, clean, and organize raw data from various formats (Excel, CSV, Electronic Data Capture systems) to ensure accuracy and consistency.Perform quality control (QC) checks on datasets to identify outliers, missing values, or data entry errors prior to analysis.Format datasets to be compatible with specific analytical software (GraphPad Prism, SPSS, etc.).2. Statistical AnalysisSelect and apply appropriate statistical tests based on study design (e.g., ANOVA, t-tests, regression analysis, survival analysis/Kaplan-Meier, non-parametric tests).Analyze preclinical data (e.g., PK/PD studies, toxicology, IC50/EC50 calculations) and clinical trial data (efficacy and safety endpoints).Interpret statistical outputs (p-values, confidence intervals, effect sizes) in the context of biological relevance.3.
