You will also be working with Commercial, Seller Ops and other Risk team members for solving seller related issues.You will be taking ownership for investigating cases and coming to a logical conclusion by creating RCAs.Qualifications RequiredGraduate/post-graduate degreeE-commerce background with experience in Catalog/Merchant Risk teams preferredExperience in ticketing systems good to haveBe up to date about industry best practicesAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Working knowledge of MS Office and Google suite productsSQL knowledge good to haveWho will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
