- Co-create a policy and vision for fundraising for the organization

- Fund Raising through VC/PE, Family offices, Banks/FIs

- Planning and Providing exit to existing investors

- Deal Origination, structuring, negotiation & execution of transactions across Equity/Debt.

- Having Deep network and established relationships with private equity partner, VC Partner, Banks (Private & PSU), NBFCs, Credit Funds and Investment Banking Firms
