Role Overview:


We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator with a background in both Operations Tech and Project Management. This role will be pivotal in managing project timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to oversee operational tasks, track deliverables, and maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


A) Project Coordination:


- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.

- Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and status updates.

- Assist in preparing project documentation, including scope definitions, project plans, and schedules.

- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address any potential risks or delays.

- Facilitate regular project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items.


B) Operations Tech Support:


- Collaborate with technical teams to coordinate resources for project execution.

- Support operational workflows, including setup and maintenance of project management tools and platforms.

- Assist with the configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of basic tech operations to streamline project processes.

- Ensure data integrity and maintain accurate documentation across project management and operational tools.

- Help establish and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.


C) Cross-functional Collaboration:


- Coordinate with design, development, and marketing teams to align on project deliverables and timelines.

- Facilitate cross-functional teamwork, ensuring all teams have the information and resources they need to succeed.

- Provide support in resource allocation and assist with prioritization to manage competing project demands.


Tools and Software:


- Project Management: Asana, Trello, or Jira for project tracking and task management.

- Operations Tech: Basic familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud, CRM systems, and other business operations software.

- Communication: Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams for efficient communication.

- Documentation: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Confluence for documentation and reporting.

- Requirements:

- Experience: 1+ years in project coordination, operations, or a related role.


Skills:


- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Basic technical understanding of operational tools, cloud environments, and software development processes.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail to manage project complexities.
