Job Summary:

Roade Labs Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience, preferably in the IT or product sector, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets. This role will focus on supporting the sales of our cutting-edge products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and follow through to close sales.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and propose appropriate solutions from our product offerings.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and client needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts to provide timely updates to management.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. 


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT or product-based companies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and close deals.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
