QMS Lead Auditor

Position: QMS Lead Auditor

Job Location: Nasik & Nagpur (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Adherence to the timelines- To send the audit plan before 7 days from the date of audit.
• Conduct the audit as per the plan,
• Declare the results and upload the documents in icert.
• Get the documents OK finished within 30 days from the date of audit.
• Well versed in ISO 9001: 2015 implementation, core tools, internal audits, 8D, 5S techniques and SPC.
• A diploma or degree in any field of engineering with min 6 years of industrial experience,
• Good knowledge in QMS implementation, internal audit and documentation.

Additional Knowledge/Skills (If any):

• well versed in ISO 9001: 2015 implementation, core tools, internal audits, 8D, 5S techniques and SPC - statistical process controls methods, good communication skills (English) and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Graduate/ Diploma Engineer - Mechanical Engineer with min 6 / 10 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial exp.

Certification or Training (If any required):

• Lead Auditor in ISO 9001: 2015 - Quality management systems.
• Should have done/ participated good no of internal audits in the companies worked.

Fundamental Competencies (Mandatory):

• A diploma or degree in any field of engineering with min 6 years of industrial experience, Good knowledge in QMS implementation, internal audit and documentation.
