Our analysts have a blend of in-depth domain expertise, strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, and excellent soft skills.What will you do?- As PM, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Understand the customer's requirements, business processes and solution landscape - Be a trusted advisor for customer, by leading project works based on defined scope - Create detail project plans and execute them - Understand SAP project methodology and premium engagement’s services and adopt them to project - Coordinate involvement of SAP consultants and support resources and lead them in project - Properly make reports and escalation to management or executive level - Establish, oversee & drive IT delivery plans including activities, resources, costs, roles, responsibilities, and quality as defined in the IT Project Management Methodology (ADF). - Manage and coordinate IT project/program budgets, forecasts, tasks, schedules, risks, change management, and status to support effective decisions and project reporting to stakeholders and review boards. - Manage and coordinate technical interdependencies between workstreams. - Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders. - Drive effective risks & issues management, ensuring processes are in place and effectively used. - Ensure the IT project team adheres to all standards including ADF, quality, and compliance, as well as processes, defined technical capabilities, and best practices. - Work closely with the Business Project Manager to provide input into the overall Transformation Programme Management office ensuring appropriate visibility of RAID & planning of IT solution deliverables. - Oversee systemic impediments to team agility and guide the teams on methods to escalate. - Partner with discipline managers to convey their concerns to scrum teams and project/program managers about governance policies and adherence to corporate standards. - Collaborate with product owners, program, or project managers to communicate delivery of work product from the teams and escalate key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness. - Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. - Execute consulting engagements in a global delivery model, collaborating with consultants across regions- being part of a team of high performing consultants. - Contributing to the profile and reputation of Infosys Consulting through firm building, new capability and offering development initiatives, thought leadership, whitepapers.What do we require?We are looking for 6-15 years experienced Project Manager with Life Science background (Commercial analytics, Patient support program, LIMS, MES, R&D etc.) at Infosys Consulting Life Science (LS) practice to become part of our existing team who excels by leading and coordinating a project team’s overall performance, scope, cost, and deliverables. Our clients rely on timely and efficient status reports, and as Project Manager, you will drive the charge with project direction, metric definition, and performance management.- Minimum 2+ years of experience with using project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results. - Must have Life Science background. - Experience in Enterprise Applications (like ERP, SAP) would be preferable. - Demonstrate excellent core competence and experience in delivery of agile projects /programs using scrum or various other methodologies across value chain in Life Sciences - Define how the scope goals and deliverables of projects should support business goals in collaboration with senior management. - Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project lifecycle and effectively communicate and manage project expectations to project managers owners sponsors team members and other stakeholders in a clear and concise fashion. - Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources. - Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels. - Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. - Knowledge of Project management tools like Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence etc.; PMP and Prince2 certifications would be preferred.
