With five global delivery centers and 2000+ employees, we provide the intimacy of a boutique consultancy with the capabilities of a large IT services firm.Job Position (Title):Site Reliability EngineerExperience Required:7+ YearsJob Type: FulltimeNumber of positions: 1Location: HyderabadTechnical Skill RequirementsSRE, Datadog, Kubernetes, Git, Terraform, Incident Management, Infrastructure as CodeRole and Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure for both production and development environments. - Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). - Monitor system performance and implement strategies to improve uptime and availability. - Respond to incidents, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure quick resolution with root cause analysis. - Define and implement SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for system reliability. - Collaborate with software engineering teams to enhance application reliability and scalability. - Conduct post-incident reviews and develop tools/processes to prevent recurrence. - Create monitoring dashboards using Datadog. - Maintain documentation for systems architecture, processes, and procedures.Required Skills- 7+ years of experience in infrastructure or site reliability engineering. - Strong proficiency in: Kubernetes, Git, Terraform - Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code practices. - Knowledge of monitoring tools (Datadog preferred). - Ability to work on incident management and perform root cause analysis. - Strong understanding of SLIs, SLOs, SLAs. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Why choose GSPANNAt GSPANN, we don’t just serve our clients—we co-create.
