This role involves designing and implementing initiatives to enhance the overall student experience inside and outside the classroom.Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Engagement: Create strategies to increase student engagement and participation in academic and extracurricular activities.Community Building: Foster a sense of belonging and community among students through regular interactions and events.Student Support Services: Oversee the delivery of support services, including counseling, academic advising, and career guidance.Collaboration: Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and other departments to align student experience initiatives with the overall mission and goals of the institute.Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to monitor the effectiveness of student experience initiatives and make data-driven decisions.Student Well-being: Promote student well-being and create a supportive environment that fosters personal and professional growth.Qualifications5 + years of experience in student immersion & program management, student affairs, community building or a related role in an educational institution.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.A passion for promoting student success and well-being.Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment.
