As part of our creative environment, you will receive mentorship and support, working alongside experienced professionals while gaining practical experience across various design disciplines.**Key Responsibilities:** - Assist the design team in developing a wide array of design assets, including logos, brochures, social media graphics, website visuals, and other marketing collateral. - Create and edit videos for marketing and social media purposes using tools like CapCut and Canva, including adding reels, effects, transitions, text, and audio enhancements. - Collaborate with colleagues to fully understand project briefs, objectives, and the target audience. - Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh, innovative ideas and design concepts. - Execute design projects in alignment with project guidelines, ensuring high standards of creativity and accuracy. - Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to produce professional-grade visuals. - Incorporate feedback and revisions from senior designers to refine and improve designs. - Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance your skills and the quality of your work.**Qualifications:** - A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with a strong understanding of industry-standard design tools. - Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Canva AI) and ability to integrate AI into the creative workflow. - A strong creative instinct, coupled with excellent attention to detail. - Basic knowledge of design principles, typography, and colour theory. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing ideas and receiving constructive feedback. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly. - A portfolio demonstrating your design skills, including academic or personal projects. - Hands-on experience of 0-2 years in graphic design and creative development.**Benefits:** - Opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement. - Exposure to a diverse range of clients and design projects, spanning multiple industries. - Competitive salary and benefits package. - A creative and inclusive workplace that fosters innovation and collaboration.If you are passionate about design and eager to build your career in a supportive, creative environment, we encourage you to apply.
