Job Title : Performance Test Lead (56 Years Experience)Experience : 5 to 6 YearsLocation : WFOEmployment Type : Full-timeJob Summary : We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Lead with 5 to 6 years of hands-on expertise in performance engineering and test management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to guide a team of performance testers, and deep knowledge of performance testing tools, methodologies, and best practices. The role involves defining performance strategies, driving execution, analyzing bottlenecks, and ensuring system reliability and scalability.Key Responsibilities : Leadership & Team Management : - Lead and mentor a team of performance testers and engineers.- Allocate work, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of performance test activities.- Conduct technical reviews, provide guidance, and ensure best practices are followed.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, DevOps, architecture, and QA.Performance Testing & Engineering : - Develop and own performance test strategy, planning, and estimation.- Create, execute, and optimize performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, Neoload, etc.- Define workload models, test scenarios, and performance KPIs based on requirements.- Conduct Load, Stress, Endurance, Spike, and Scalability testing.Analysis & Reporting : - Diagnose system bottlenecks using monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Grafana, New Relic).- Analyze test results and provide detailed performance reports with findings and recommendations.- Work with developers and architects to troubleshoot performance issues and support tuning efforts.Process & Quality : - Ensure adherence to performance testing standards and processes.- Drive continuous improvements in performance testing approaches, automation, and frameworks.- Contribute to capacity planning and performance forecasting efforts.Required Skills & Qualifications : - 5 to 6 years of strong experience in Performance Testing & Engineering.- Proven experience leading a performance testing team.- Hands-on expertise with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, Neoload, etc.- Strong understanding of HTTP, APIs, Web technologies, Databases, and Distributed systems.- Experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, Elastic Stack).- Good understanding of CI/CD, DevOps pipelines and performance test automation.- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
