The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, executing, and analyzing performance, load, and stress tests using LoadRunner and Apache JMeter. The role involves working closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure that applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability goals.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance test scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter.- Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide detailed reports and recommendations.- Collaborate with developers, architects, and system engineers to resolve performance issues.- Define performance test strategies, workloads, and metrics aligned with business requirements.- Monitor and tune application performance across multiple environments (Web, API, and Database layers).- Automate performance test execution and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.- Create and maintain performance test documentation, including test plans, scripts, and reports.- Use monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Grafana, New Relic) to analyze system performance and resource utilization.Required Skills and Experience : - 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering.- Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner and Apache JMeter.- Experience in analyzing performance test results and identifying bottlenecks (CPU, memory, database, network).- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, or JavaScript) is a plus.- Experience with performance monitoring and APM tools.- Familiarity with web technologies, APIs, databases, and cloud-based applications.- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Preferred Qualifications : - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.
