About the RoleWe are looking for a Junior HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the full HR cycle including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. This is an on-site role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring●Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.●Post job listings on portals and social media platforms.●Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.2. Onboarding●Prepare offer letters, collect documents, and assist in new employee orientation.●Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth joining and access setup for new hires.●Maintain onboarding checklists and ensure timely completion of tasks.3. Offboarding●Coordinate exit formalities including clearance, feedback, and documentation.●Ensure proper handover and support final settlement coordination.4. HR Operations & Compliance●Maintain and update employee records in HR software (attendance, leaves, documents, etc.).●Support payroll preparation by providing necessary data (attendance, leave deductions, etc.).●Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communication.●Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain confidentiality of all HR information.Requirements●Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.●1-2 years of experience in HR (internship or full-time).●Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes.●Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.●Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
