Key Responsibilities :Requirements Elicitation :- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and desired outcomes from the project.- Conduct workshops and analyse existing documentation to elicit and document detailed requirements.Stakeholder Communication :- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.- Ensure effective communication, manage expectations, and provide updates on the progress of the project.Business Process Analysis :- Understand existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.- Analyse workflows, data flows, and dependencies to optimize business operations.Documentation :- Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, API/Interface documentation and integration guides.- Ensure these documents serve as references for developers, testers and other stakeholders.Web development, API and Database Integration :- Strong Conceptual understanding of web development concepts, API and SQL.Use Case Analysis :- Identify and analyse use cases for the Application, API to understand how it will be utilized by different systems, applications, or external parties.- Determine functional requirements and integration points to ensure seamless interoperability.User Acceptance Testing (UAT) :- Facilitate UAT sessions, gather feedback, and ensure the systems meet business requirements and Support :- Provide support during the post-implementation phase, address user queries, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate continuous improvement of the system based on user feedback. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Business Analyst.- Strong Conceptual understanding of Web Development technologies, SQL and API specifications, and documentation.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
