looking for a Product Analyst to drive data-informed decisions that shape product strategy, user experience, and business growth. Youll work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to turn data into actionable insights, optimize performance, and support product innovation in a fast-growing e-commerce environment.Key Data Analysis: Perform in-depth quantitative analysis to identify trends, user behaviors, and areas for product and business improvement.- Market & Customer Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and leverage customer feedback, surveys, and research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points.- Product Development Support: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define success metrics, track feature performance, and contribute to new product initiatives.- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design, execute, and analyze experiments to evaluate product hypotheses and optimize user engagement and conversion.- Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain detailed dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics such as conversion, retention, CAC, LTV, and drop-offs.- E-commerce Analytics: Use deep understanding of the digital and e-commerce landscape to support decision-making across acquisition, funnel optimization, and retention.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, growth, and operations teams to align analytics and insights with business goals.- Documentation & Communication: Document key findings, insights, and recommendations, and communicate them effectively to stakeholders across levels.Experience & Bachelors degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field (B.Tech/B.E. preferred).- 5+ years of experience in product or data analytics, ideally within e-commerce or digital consumer businesses.- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and advanced Excel for data manipulation and analysis.- Hands-on experience with funnel creation, event setup, and product tracking tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude).- Proven ability to translate data into business insights and develop analytical frameworks for product improvement.- Prior experience leading or mentoring junior analysts is a plus.- Excellent communication skills able to present complex findings in a clear, concise manner.
