The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Golang, cloud technologies, and microservices architecture, along with strong leadership capabilities to mentor a team of developers and ensure delivery excellence.Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end design and development of backend systems using Golang. - Architect and implement microservices-based solutions ensuring scalability, security, and performance. - Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project timelines. - Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure efficient code practices. - Guide and mentor junior engineers, perform code reviews, and enforce development standards. - Integrate third-party services, APIs, and data sources into applications. - Work closely with DevOps teams to deploy and monitor services using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. - Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in backend development.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 8–12 years of total software development experience, with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Golang. - Strong expertise in RESTful API development, Microservices architecture, and distributed systems. - Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Solid understanding of concurrency, data structures, and algorithms. - Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git). - Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL). - Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
