ANSR is a market leader in enabling organizations build, manage and scale global teams through Global Capability Centers (GCCs). We provide full life-cycle services including GCC design, set up and enabling operations. For over 18 years, companies cutting across size, industry and markets have relied on ANSR's expertise to successfully build global business and technology teams. Our experience spans across industries including retail/CPG, banking, insurance, travel & transportation, and healthcare. We operate in supply-rich locations like India, Central and Eastern Europe, South America, Canada, and Southeast Asia.
Role and Responsibilities:
- A Director HRBP plays a critical role in aligning HR strategies with the overall business goals of an organization.
- You will be required to develop, review, coordinate and implement effective strategies, procedures and programs related to HR Business Partnering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all matters related to organizational development, talent management, and HR policies.
- Lead the development and execution of people strategies that enhance the employee experience and foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure alignment of HR initiatives with company goals, corporate values, and compliance with local regulations.
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of performance management systems.
- Promote continuous learning and development culture through coaching, mentoring, and leadership development programs.
- Manage HR policies related to compensation, benefits, leaves, and rewards.
- Oversee HR data management, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making and business strategy.
- Manage employee relations issues and ensure timely resolution of conflicts, disputes, and grievances.
Required Experience and Skills:
- 14+ years of HR experience, with at least 10 years in a senior HR leadership role, ideally in a product-focused startup, technology, or high-growth company.
- Proven experience in scaling teams and managing HR operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong background in employee engagement, organizational design, and performance management.
- Experience in building and nurturing high-performance cultures that foster innovation and agility.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Deep understanding of HR technologies, including HRIS, performance management systems, and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a rapidly changing startup environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for building and scaling teams.
Qualification and Certifications:
- MBA - HR / MSW / MA IN Social work
- Certifications in SPHR / GPHR is an added advantage (but not necessary)
