We’re Hiring Join Our Valuation & Due Diligence Practice at AlphaValue Consulting Location: Noida, Sector 135 Position: Valuation Associate Experience: 1–2 Years |Qualification: CA, CFA (L1+), MBA (Finance), or equivalent AtAlphaValue Consulting , we support investors, corporates, and startups with insightful business valuations and robust Financial Due Diligence. We're growing and looking for passionate professionals to join our team asValuation Associates . What You’ll Do: Build and review valuation models (DCF, CCM, CTM, NAV) and perform cross-validation using multiple methods Conduct industry benchmarking, peer analysis Prepare valuation reports for various strategic and regulatory purposes Assist in financial due diligence (FDD) – analyzing financial statements, validating EBITDA, net debt, working capital, and other key metrics Support report drafting, transaction notes, client presentations, and audit supportWhat We Expect: ✅ Sound knowledge of valuation standards and financial modelling techniques ✅ Prior exposure or interest in financial due diligence and transactional analysis ✅ Strong understanding of financial statements, audit reports, and management discussion & analysis (MD&A) ✅ Attention to detail and ability to identify red flags in financial data ✅ Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of tools like Capitaline is a plus ✅ Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills Why AlphaValue?
