About the Role: We are looking for an Art Curriculum Developer to add to our team. We are a fast-paced, high-tech team looking for a passionate, creative individual who is also a strong team player. At Podar, our curriculum framework is already in place, and each year we design dynamic new modules to keep learning fresh and engaging. We are looking for someone who can bring their classroom experience and creativity to help us shape and design the future of art at our schools and someone who has a vision to scale the level of Art Education in the country. What You’ll Do ● Design and refine lesson plans, assessments, and rubrics for Grades 1–8. ● Develop engaging teaching resources. ● Support teachers through training sessions and ongoing guidance. ● Contribute to creative projects like exhibitions, art classroom setups, and annual dynamic modules. ● Gather feedback from schools and teachers and use it to improve curriculum and resources. ● Collaborate with the Head of Department and team members on department-wide initiatives. ● Researching and staying up-to-date with art movements and trends. ● Generating innovative concepts for art education lessons. What We’re Looking For ● Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in the subject of Art at a school. ● A degree in Fine Arts, Design, Education, or a related field. ● Passion for both art and education, with the ability to balance creativity and structure. ● Strong communication skills and confidence in conducting training. ● Comfort with basic digital tools (Google Suite, MS Office, Canva, etc. – advanced design skills are a plus). ● A collaborative, enthusiastic team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
