Education:

- Full Time Bachelors degree in related discipline (HR, Economics, Statistics, Analytics and Business Administration, Communications).

- Masters degree in related discipline.

Work Experience:

- 6-10 years of relevant work experience after completion of education.

Role Purpose:

- The role is primarily responsible for building and growing the DEI practice including thought leadership, partnerships, solution design, business development and project delivery.

- We expect you to show ownership, accountability, and extreme learning agility.

- We would love for you to show us depth not only in solution areas but also recommendation on how Aon consulting can use output for client's business.

- You will be a part of an inclusive and highly motivated team in consulting and depending on projects you will wear different hats ranging from research to solution design to communication and working with clients.

Typical responsibilities will include:

- Leads and manages research and award partnerships in the area of diversity, equity and inclusion.

- Establishes and grows a community of individuals, companies and ambassadors to further the cause of diversity, equity and inclusion.

- Design and develop new strategic initiatives and projects.

- Support in building strategic and meaningful DEI solutions to help deliver business success for clients.

- Leads and deliver projects in the area of diversity, equity and inclusion, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Develop content expertise in sub sector/s within.

- Contribute to Thought Leadership with timely articles, white papers, roundtables, client events.

- The incumbent will contribute to this through content development, research, marketing events and other such activities.

- Manage projects within agreed upon timeline and within budget.

- Serve as intermediary between Partners, junior staff resources (Associate-Consultant) and Client.

- Provide direction on and be accountable for all methodology / analysis / output on each project.

- Provide regular guidance and developmental feedback to junior staff.

- Develop summary reports including findings and recommendations.

- Interface and co-deliver presentations to client.

- Support in new business/firm development activities.
