Description:Job Summary:We are seeking an accomplished and strategic HR leader who will serve as both an employee advocate and a key driver of organizational transformation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and overseeing all aspects of the organizations human resources function to ensure alignment with business objectives and long-term growth.Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership and direction across all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, career development, succession planning, retention, and performance management.- Serve as a trusted human capital advisor to the senior leadership team, supporting organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.- Design and implement innovative HR strategies, policies, and programs to strengthen organizational culture and ensure consistency across business units.- Oversee compensation and benefits frameworks to maintain internal equity, market competitiveness, and cost efficiency.- Lead initiatives that promote leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and a positive employee experience.- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess effectiveness and drive continuous Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a service-oriented industry, with both corporate and business unit exposure.- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic HR initiatives.- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a results-driven approach.
