Description :About Getlista.io :Getlista.io is an AI powered platform built to simplify discovery for experienced managers using the power of OpenWeb.Role Overview :Were looking for a Full Stack Developer to work closely with our Product & Engineering team and help build the backend + frontend systems that support our Agentic features. You will join a small team where youll have ownership over key modules and learn end-to-end product development. Expect to be working across the stack from UI to integration with backend services, working with AWS infrastructure, and helping automate workflows for recruiters.Key Responsibilities :- Build, test and deploy new features for the Getlista.io web platform (frontend + backend).- Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, automation pipelines & integrations (e.g., external systems like Slack, Notion, LinkedIn).- Collaborate on building AI-powered agent workflows (candidate discovery, scoring, candidate list enrichment).- Improve the user interface and dashboards using React.js + Tailwind CSS.- Ensure the platform is performant, secure, scalable and maintainable.- Write clean, modular, documented code; participate in code reviews.- Work in agile sprints, with defined deliverables and iterative feedback.- Participate in infrastructure/DevOps discussions, monitoring and deployment pipelines (given our AWS setup : EC2, S3, etc).- Diagnose and optimise backend services (e.g., query performance, caching, API latency).Tech Stack Youll Work With :- Frontend : React.js, Tailwind CSS- Backend : Node.js/Express (for rapid APIs), Python (for AI/agent logic) Database : PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Redis- Infrastructure / DevOps : AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda), Docker, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines- AI/Automation Tools : OpenAI APIs (or equivalent), Agents/Workflows, integrations with Slack, Notion- Version Control & Collaboration : Git/GitHub, code reviews, Agile methodologyPreferred Skills & Mindset :- 1-3 years of relevant full-stack development experience (or strong projects demonstrating this).- Strong problem-solving mindset; ability to work independently in a fast?moving startup environment.- Comfortable designing RESTful APIs, working with databases, writing backend logic, and integrating third-party systems.- Familiarity or eagerness to learn prompt engineering / GPT-based agents/automation flows is a big plus.- Good code hygiene : modular code, unit/integration testing (or willingness to learn).- Strong communication : youll collaborate across Fast learnersince youll grow into more responsibility quickly.
